概要

本研究では、利用者や利用期間が限定されたデジタルコンテンツをインターネットを介して配布するためのシステムの開発を進めている。このような制限を確実に行うためには、利用者を識別したり利用期間を制限したりする処理への不正な干渉を排する仕組みが必要である。そこで本研究では、時計機能や暗号処理機能などをICチップに封じ込めて不正な干渉に抗するという仕組みを考えた。さらに、このようなICチップを用いインターネットを介してデジタルコンテンツを配布するための通信プロトコルを検討した。

Abstract

We have been developing a system for distributing digital contents with limitation of users and terms. In order to realize such limitation certainly, it is necessary to have a mechanism of preventing interference in the process of user identification or time limitation. We invented such a mechanism by using an IC chip that has a clock function and a cryptographic function in it. In addition, we investigated a network protocol for distributing digital contents through the Internet by interacting with the IC chip.
